In weekly group gatherings, families with very young babies can help encourage their baby's natural abilities from the very start. hosted by the Nan Tolbert Nurturing Center and facilitated by infant specialist Liz Memel, this Early Parenting series offers parents support, providing time and space to learn. Cost:$48 per family for six Thursday mornings: Jan,17,31, Feb.7, 14, 21, 2, 11:30 a.m. to 1p.m. Sliding scale fee and scholarships available.
