In this hands-on class we will make and taste easy recipes featuring eggs on Thursday at 6:30p.m. at Ojai Culinary Studio, 315 N. Montgomery St. The menu includes asparagus frittata, wild mushroom omelet and spinach frittata with tomato salsa along with a demonstration of an easy cheese souffle.
