I can not recommend this class more. I lover her cooking and have on occasion driven to Santa Barbara to enjoy her always special dishes at various events. Please contact me to RSVP. Thank you. About Aparna in her own words:
I grew up in India where life was slower and food was fresh. In fact, we grew nearly everything we ate. I have lived in the US for 18 years now and have incorporated much of my lifestyle habits from India into my busy life as a single mother and small business owner. The results are undeniable. I am healthy, radiate an inner joy and love my life. Meditation, spending time in silence, reading, exercising, hula hooping, eating healthy foods continue to shower bliss into my life.
I am a food writer, author of two cookbooks and formerly a chef at the Chopra Center for Well-Being in San Diego. I was the Culinary Consultant to resort chefs across the US and Europe for Chopra Center programs in 2008-2009. Currently, I work as an private chef and cooking instructor and am also designing menus for our new organic meal delivery service.
